Your complete go-to-market team, under one lead
Not a consultant. Not a single hire. A full team, already built, already experienced, ready to run your market from day one.
Most vendors entering a new market face the same choice: hire one person and hope they can do everything, or slowly build a team over months, sometimes years, while competitors move faster.
Fractional Country Management is a form of sales outsourcing built for fast, effective market entry. One dedicated lead represents you locally and carries full accountability for your results, backed by a complete team covering strategy, sales, channel, pre-sales, support, and marketing.
Everything a real local organization would need, without the time or the cost of building it from scratch.
Every role working toward sales success
Management & strategy
You get a territory owner, not just a salesperson.
Market coverage, geographic and sector priorities, technology partnerships, forecast, pipeline, and closing, all handled by someone who treats your territory as their own. We stay active in the wider ecosystem, tracking market shifts and identifying potential alliances before they become obvious. And we don’t operate without a plan: a 3-year business plan sets the direction, broken into short-term steps that let us check progress regularly, confirm we’re on the right track, or adjust the approach when needed.
Sales, channel & CSM
A partner network that grows and stays active, built by people who’ve done it before.
We recruit, activate, and grow your network of resellers and integrators, then keep it productive: renewals, account retention, and the kind of relationship management that turns a one-time deal into a recurring one. Our relationships with key wholesaler partners let us open access to their entire reseller base quickly when speed matters, or focus on a small set of key resellers when precision matters more. Either way, the channel gets the attention it needs every week, not once a quarter.
Pre-sales
Deals move faster when the technical answer is immediate.
Reseller certification and training, technical qualification, live demos, and proofs of concept that actually move deals forward. No waiting on a technical resource three time zones away in another language. Your prospects get answers when they need them, from people who know the product and know how to sell it.
Support & Professional Services
The relationship doesn’t end at the signature.
Having the best technology means nothing if it isn’t implemented and configured the right way for the end user. All the value of a great product can disappear, and the relationship along with it, if the customer isn’t fully satisfied with what they bought. The best setup is usually the reseller doing the job themselves, protecting their own business and their margin. But it’s the vendor’s responsibility to make sure resellers have the knowledge, or access to experienced resources, to carry it out properly. That’s exactly where we step in.
In many European countries, language is a real barrier. When an incident, a bug, or any critical event comes up, there’s very little time to handle it well. Having a team that speaks the local language and already knows the customer and the resellers turns a stressful moment into an opportunity, proof that choosing your technology was the right call.
Marketing
Visibility that speaks the local language, literally.
Language is one thing, but culture matters even more. You don’t just translate content, you adapt it, respecting the deep-rooted communication habits of the people you’re addressing.
Resellers expect leads from their vendors. Prospecting, calling, communicating, and creating content is daily work that helps them build real business around your technology. It works even better when we also support resellers running their own campaigns. They’re busy, often under-equipped for marketing, and that’s exactly where we make the difference.
Why it works
The team behind Miles GTM has spent decades in enterprise sales, pre-sales, channel, and marketing, some of it working separately, some of it on shared ventures along the way. That experience is already active: a network of close to 8,000 contacts across France and Europe: resellers, end clients, and industry influencers built over years, not months.
On brands that were completely unknown at launch, this team generated €2 million in pipeline within a single year, a quarter of it already closed. And every brand represented gets a minimum of 40 hours a week of dedicated attention, not a fraction of someone’s already full schedule.
On request, individual parts of this offer, such as Fractional Support & PS, Fractional Marketing, or Fractional Channel & CSM, can be provided on their own. We know how to run them independently. Most vendors, however, get the most value from the complete team working as one.
Frequently asked questions
Who is my main point of contact?
Our Sales Director acts as your lead contact and Account Executive, owning your territory day to day. Behind them, the full team works on your account every week: Inside Sales for channel and CSM, our CTO for technical alliances and support, and our CEO for global strategy.
How fast can we get started?
There’s no team to hire and no ramp-up from zero. Since the team already knows the market, the contacts, and the tools, we can typically be active on your territory within a few weeks of agreement.
Do you work with our CRM?
We run our own CRM to manage the day-to-day work across the team, and we can provide extracts, dedicated access, or a direct connection to your own CRM depending on the tools you use. We’ll find the right setup together, so you keep full visibility on pipeline, forecast, and activity.
Can we start with just one function, like support or marketing?
Not as a starting point. Engagements typically begin with Fractional Country Management, the complete team covering every function. Later, as your business grows and you start hiring your own local resources, it’s common to keep Miles GTM on the specific parts still missing, since one or two in-house hires rarely cover the full sales process on their own.
Why not just work with a distributor?
A distributor moves product; that’s its job, not building a market. Even with a distributor in place, someone still needs to train their reps, push priorities, and follow the pipeline they don’t always share in detail, otherwise a distributor sells what sells itself and leaves the rest on the table. That’s exactly the role Miles GTM fills, without asking you to also hire someone to manage the relationship.
What if we want to hire our Miles GTM lead directly later on?
It happens, and we’re fine with it. If someone has done the job well, it’s natural you’d want them in-house. In that case, we ask for a transition fee, since we invested in building that person’s success on your market from day one. Beyond that, we’re often still involved through Fractional Marketing, Support & PS, or Channel & CSM, covering whatever part of the go-to-market team you haven’t brought in-house yet.
